Our most current projects are 3 x barn conversions in the Monk Hesledon area, being the subject of conservation area rules and regulations.
Started from totally derelict buildings to top of the range conversions, the quality of the project shines through.
Work on the conversions includes:
- underpinning
- damp proofing
- stabilizing structurally unsound stone walls
- brick and stone work
- repairing and renewing existing roof trusses
- woodworm treatment
- new roofs
- electrical design and installation
heating design and installation [L.P.G.] general plumbing - plastering
first and second fix joinery - decorating, landscaping
- installation of sewage treatment plant
We are also in the process of creating 3 x new build houses which replicate the look and feel of Barn Conversions.
This project is Bowes Court, Hesleden Hall, Hesleden.
We are also in the process of completing a full Barn Conversion at the same site, which is influencing the look of the new builds.
We are very conscious of the aesthetics of our projects and have taken great care and attention in making sure that the new builds use as many original and similar materials as possible in order to maintain the overall look and feel of the whole development.

We have an open day on the 11th June to launch the new build houses. This is an opportunity for houses to be reserved ‘off plan’. This is an ideal opportunity for us to work along side buyers to design kitchens, bathrooms and shape the look and feel of the interiors of the builds.
